Mr. Neil Day

Founder & CEO

Mr. Neil Day has decades of experience in dog training and handling. From 2003 to 2018, he worked with the Metropolitan Police Service in the UK, starting as a Police Officer and moving up to the position of Field Intelligence Officer. During his time there, he worked and trained with the K9 unit and planned and executed warrants that involved selecting the right K9 dogs for each operation. He has also been a National Search and Rescue Dog Handler and Instructor with the North Valley Search & Rescue and Flathead K9 Foundation since 2009, training National K9 teams in missing person searches and participating in over 95 searches himself. Prior to that, he worked with the National Search and Rescue Dog Association Kent and Kent Search and Rescue. To date, Neil has personally helped locate five missing persons.

Since 2018, Mr. Day has been the Owner and Lead Instructor at All Day Dog Adventures, a dog training business which provides standard offerings as well as more complex training services such as behavior rehabilitation, search and rescue training, and service dog training. Neil also continues to provide consultancy services to national Search & Rescue teams and is a Consultant Service Dog Trainer with Dog Tag Buddies, a charity specializing in service dogs for veterans.

Mr. Day has over 20 related certifications in canine coaching, canine behavior, dog handling, search and rescue, search tactics, and working with veterans. He continues to be invited as a speaker to various seminars across the U.S. in airscent and other canine search topics.
